About Urszula Bedggood

When I first started with Bayleys 7 years ago I heard John Bayleys famous quote "the market is the market, it’s what we do in the market that matters" and upon reflection this small quote has helped mould me into the agent I am today.

My passion for my career is not driven by being the biggest, or having the largest team or having the most listings. My reason for doing what I do is driven by treating each property I am chosen to represent as my own and doing the utmost best for each of my vendors. I relish in creating new benchmarks, on delighting vendors and purchasers alike and knowing each 'deal' is the best it can be.

I do this by holding a manageable portfolio of listings that allows me to give each property the utmost attention, from listing, marketing, negotiation and offer follow-up until it’s time to celebrate with both vendor and purchaser when the deal is done. Backed by Bayleys I have access to the best marketing team that allow me to create bespoke marketing campaigns for my vendors. I enjoy being supported by my trusted PA and also an extended admin team which ensures I am out there doing the important things that really matter and add value.

I also only sell properties in areas where I have market insight and in depth knowledge. It’s this small point of difference that also gives my vendors a truly excellent advantage. I have the ability to engage and get to know your buyers, be able to help them acclimatise to the area, and help them fall in love with not only your house, but also the area it’s in.

My business is based on referral and word of mouth and that is just how it like it! Markets will change, conditions will vary but if you have a dedicated team on your side then it does not matter when you sell, it does not matter your situation, the ideal result will be achieved - through teamwork, dedication and attention to the small things that make a large difference.
